Please order on line ensuring all details are entered correctly. We will e mail you with the full cost including shipping. If you have any queries then phone us on + 44 24 76 360 300 Note: customers who purchase from outside the United Kingdom & European Community can deduct 17.5% from any V Sports discounted price, eg £80.00 divide by 117.5 & becomes £68.08. V SPORTS shall not be liable for any delays related to customs inspection and/or clearence requirements

We accept most major credit, switch & debit cards. Payment is taken in £'s (British Pounds) – cheques or postal orders, payable to V SPORTS. ENSURE CUSTOMER NAME ADDRESS GIVEN IS THE SAME AS CARD BILLING ADDRESS IF ENTERED INCORRECTLY, ORDER PROCESS WILL BE DELAYED

ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS
All local authorities, Schools, Armed Forces, Police Dept.& University’s will require official purchase orders.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS:

Any items purchased in SALE/CLEARANCE is NON REFUNDALBE & NON RETURNABLE

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

All orders carry 14 days money back guarantee for complete satisfaction. Any goods returned for exchange or refund (must be in pristine condition & in its original packaging) return postage paid by customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If goods have been sent in error V Sports will reimburse any reasonable cost as long as shipping receipt is sent with the goods.

Please note that with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain products. Items such as Under garments including, baselayers, jock straps and abdo brief supports & protector. Garments with any form of embellishment (e.g. printing or embroidery)

CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS: These items cannot be returned once made with customer specification, if any alteration can be made then a charge will be applicable.

HOW SHOULD I RETURN MY PRODUCT BACK TO V SPORTS
We recommend you send any items back to us via some form of recorded delivery so that we have to sign for it. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel. If you return your parcel via a form of delivery that is not recorded then V Sports will accept no responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged.

FAULTY GOODS
Faulty materials or workmanship, we will inspect any item that is returned, taking into account the age & condition of the product, We will however request from our supplier or the manufacturers that they replace free of charge, & if negative send you their report. In some cases the products will be repaired free of charge. Return postage is not refundable.

Currently consumers are entitled to goods of satisfactory quality, taking account of any description, the price and other relevant circumstances. If an item has a fault that was present at the time of sale, the consumer can seek redress once it is discovered. However, consumers cannot expect a legal remedy in respect of: Wear & Tear or accidental damage.

BROCHURE PRICES
All prices & products in our brochure, we are not able alter once they are printed. In some cases there are offer prices on our website, please ask or check before ordering. All items are subject to availability.

BACK ORDERS

If the items you have ordered is out of stock, we will keep this on our back order system. You will be kept informed on the delivery times, give you an option of a similar product or to cancel your order if you wish.

DELIVERY COST
UK Mainland We offer 3 -5 working day delivery on most products. Ground equipment deliveries will be advised separately. Any damaged goods received must be notified to us with 48 Hours. Orders £100 & over POST FREE - Under £100 add £6.50 - Items ½ kg or less add £3.50. Correct postal charge must chosen at the time order, if incorrect charge is made V Sport will have the right charge the correct amount. All deliveries will require signature upon receipt, we are happy to delivery at work place or next door neighbour please advice at the time ordering. EG: Parcels requested to be left in out buildings or porches, customer is responsible for any loss

PLEASE ENSURE THAT SOMEONE IS THERE TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY AS OUR COURIERS WILL ONLY MAKE 2 ATTEMPTS, A CHARGE WILL BE MADE FOR ANY FURTHER ATTEMPTS

EXPRESS DELIVERY CHARGE
For £8.50 cost we can offer an express delivery service to UK mainland, to ensure this delivery, order must be placed by 12.00 am (Monday to Thursday) orders placed on Friday, Weekends & Bank Holidays will be delivered following week.

ISLANDS OF SCOTLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, CHANNEL ISLAND, EU & WORLDWIDE CHARGES WILL BE MADE AT COST
Note: that all orders from outside of the UK MAINLAND with over 2KG will be shipped at cost. We will contact you first with a quotation before processing your order. If postage charge is under £10 the order will be dispatched without contacting you.

If free product is not selected at the time of ordering, it cannot be claimed at any future date.
